1. Do we sell tickets for events at the stadium?

The event organizer/promoter will be the person(s) who decide whether tickets for that event will be sold at the Will Call windows, which are located on the south side of the stadium. Please contact the individual organizer/promoter for information concerning ticket sales.

**Please be aware that availability of tickets, dates, and times Will Call windows will be open, as well as refunds of ticket purchases, are at the discretion of the event organizer/promoter, not the Tampa Sports Authority.

3. Where can I buy Buccaneer merchandise?

On game day, you can buy Buccaneers merchandise at our souvenir stands located throughout the stadium. There are also other stores in the Tampa Bay area that sell authentic Buccaneers merchandise such as Buccaneer Heaven.

4. Where Can I buy USF tickets?

Tickets for all University of South Florida home games may be purchased at any Ticket Master outlet throughout the State of Florida, including the USF Sun Dome Office.

5. How much is parking? When do the lots open?

Parking prices

  • Parking for a Buccaneers home game will be $25
  • Parking for concert events will be $15
  • Parking for most other events will be $10

Parking Lots Open

  • Lots will open four hours prior to the start of each Buccaneers game
  • Lots will open three hours prior to every other event

6. How early do the gates open at the stadium for an event?

  • For all Buccaneers Games, one-and-a-half hours prior to the start of the game
  • For all USF Games, one-and-a-half hours prior to the start of the game
  • For most other events, one-and-a-half hours prior to the start of the event

8. Who is Tampa Sports Authority and what do they do?

WHO: Tampa Sports Authority (TSA) was created by action of the Florida Legislature

WHEN: May 28, 1965

WHY: The Enabling act directed the TSA to "plan, develop and maintain a comprehensive complex of sports and recreational facilities."

WHAT: The Authority owns, by virtue of a Deed of Conveyance by the Legislature in its Enabling Act:

  • 134 acres known as the "Stadium Complex" (formerly Tampa Stadium) and its parking lots
  • The Raymond James Stadium and its parking lots
  • The St. Pete Times Forum (Tampa Bay Lightning Hockey Arena)
  • The Authority operates three golf courses. The courses are owned by the city and operate financially independent from the stadium: the courses are Babe Zaharias, Rocky Point and Rogers Park.

9. How was the stadium paid for?

Paid for by voter referendum. Community investment tax ($11 million), state sales tax ($20 million). Rebate and tourist development tax (half penny tax; approximately 8%).

10. Is there disabled seating available and where?

Seating for persons with disabilities is available at all price points. If you need assistance or information regarding disabled seating, please call the Buccaneers Ticket Office at 813- 879-2827.

11. How many people can the stadium hold?

Total capacity is 65,857

12. Are all of the stadium seats the same size?

No.

General admission seating (red seats) measure 19" wide and with 32-33" from one seat back to the next.

Club seats (pewter seats) measure 21" wide and with 32-33" from one seat back to the next and are cushioned.

13. Do we give stadium tours?

Stadium tours are available Tuesday through Thursday at 10 a.m. or 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. Reservations are required. Please see the Stadium Tours page for detailed information concerning the tours.

14. Do we allow food and drink to be brought into the stadium?

No, and we have the right to search all bags or purses that are brought into the stadium.

15. Is smoking allowed in Raymond James Stadium?

Only in the designated areas.

16. Are cameras or camcorders allowed in the stadium?

Camcorders are not allowed for Buccaneers games or concerts may be acceptable for other events. Cameras with lenses shorter than 12" are allowed for all events.

17. Can banners and signs be brought into the stadium?

Yes, but they must be approved by the Florida Highway Patrol or TSA Staff. Signage/flags for Buccaneer events cannot be hung/attached anywhere in the stadium. Only hand-held signs will be permitted.

18. Do we have any special programs for children?

Yes, Tag-a-Kid. This free service allows parents to identify children with a wristband displaying the child's seat location.
