Randy L. Larson
Randy Larson joined PSI, a leading independent engineering and testing firm, as President and a member of its Executive Management Team in October 2011. Mr. Larson has more than 35 years of engineering and construction industry experience, most recently as President of Infrastructure, Water and Environment at Atkins, and a s a member of the Board of Directors of PBS&J and Chairman at PBS& J Contractors.
He was Chairman of the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) in 2007 and previously served as Secretary/Treasurer for that organization’s Board of Directors. He is currently on the Board of Directors for the CMAA Foundation. In 2008, the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) presented Mr. Larson with the National Construction Management Award for outstanding leadership and innovative management of construction projects. In 2009, he was elected as an ASCE Fellow and into CMAA’s College of Fellows.
He is an active member of his community, having completed three terms as a City Commissioner for Plant City, Florida, in 2003 and having served as that city’s mayor from 1996 to 1999. He is a licensed professional engineer in five states and Puerto Rico, a registered general contractor in Florida, and a Certified Construction Manager.
