Tampa, FL: As Puerto Rican’s living in Tampa Bay, we felt a calling to raise support and awareness for the ongoing needs of Puerto Rico and its people. With the help of the Daddy Yankee Foundation, Fat Joe, and the Speed Culture car community we have organized an event to do just that.
Nearly four months ago, Hurricane Maria devastated the Island of Puerto Rico leaving our fellow Americans without food, clean water, homes or utilities. Today, there are still thousands without power and basic necessities. Some have been fortunate enough to find refuge on the mainland, whether here in Florida or in other states. Some were not able to escape the devastation on the island. No matter the circumstance, the road to recovery is a long and tedious fight. Our goal is to bring our community together in order to aid them in their battle.
Please join us on February 10, 2018 at Raymond James Stadium (North Lot) to help raise support for Puerto Rico. The event will feature a car show, live music, and a variety of vendors. Gates will be open from 2 pm until 10 pm with contests and concerts to run throughout the day.
Artist scheduled to perform: Fat Joe, Dave East, Royce 5’9”, Tonio Skits, Roberto Blades, Luisito Carrión, Aramis Sol Caribe, DJ Speedy Jr, Joey Franchise, DJ Christion, DJ Nano and more…
Tickets are available at http://www.tampaforpuertorico.com. Like all events at Raymond James Stadium, the Clear Bag Policy will be in effect. For more information on this policy, please visit RaymondJamesStadium.com.
