Regular board meetings are open to the public. Speakers are generally limited to three minutes. The current board meeting agenda is posted as it becomes available and is subject to change until the time of the meeting. Agendas are subject to change, and those posted on the Web should not be relied on as the final and official documents. Agendas can be obtained by calling Janice Hosey at 813-350-6515, or by e-mail at jhosey@tampasportsauthority.com . Minutes and documents are available at the Tampa Sports Authority's office. Staff is available to assist in research efforts and/or provide copies of requested documents. Documents ordered from the record center may take a reasonable amount of time depending on the quantity of records requested. Most copies of documents may be purchased at a cost of 15 cents per page or 20 cents for two-sided copies. Certification of a document is $1.00. Compact disk recordings of meetings are available to the public at a cost of $2.00 per CD. You may request copies of documents or recordings by calling 813-350-6515.
