Eric D.
Hart
Eric is the Executive Director of Tampa
Sports Authority (TSA) in Tampa, Florida. He is a member of both the Tampa
Bay & Co. board and the Tampa Bay Sports Commission
board.
TSA manages Raymond James Stadium,
home of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the University of South Florida Bulls,
and three City of Tampa municipal golf courses: Rocky Point, Babe Zaharias
and Rogers Park. Eric previously served as the President and CEO of the
Lansing Entertainment and Public Facilities Authority. Prior to Lansing, Eric
served as the Director of Event Services for the 1.5 million sq. ft.
Minneapolis Convention Center in Minneapolis and as Associate Director for
the UIC Pavilion in Chicago, Illinois. He began his full time career in
facility management at the Iowa State Center in Ames, Iowa where he served as
the Guest Services Manager and was later promoted to Event
Coordinator.
Eric received a bachelor's of science
in finance and a master of science in business education and administration
from Illinois State University. Additionally, he teaches and acts as a regent
at the IAVM (International Association of Venue Managers) annual PAFMS
(Public Assembly Facility Management School) in Wheeling, West
Virginia.
He is happily married and the proud
parent of two daughters. Eric loves to hunt, golf, fish, wood-work in his
shop and spend time with his family.

Randy L.
Larson
Randy L. Larson was named
President of PBS&J’s Infrastructure, Water and Environment Group in
January 2010. He joined the company in 1987 working primarily for the
Construction Management Service. In 2000, he was named Executive Vice
President / National Service Director for the firm’s construction services.
In 1997, he was instrumental in launching The Management company. In 2008,
Mr. Larson led the acquisition of Peter R. Brown Construction, Inc. and the
subsequent merging of Constructors into Peter Brown. Prior to joining
PBS&J, Mr. Larson worked in the heavy construction industry, primarily
with the Hardaway Company.
He was Chairman of the
Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) in 2007 and previously
served as Secretary / Treasurer for that organization’s Board of Directors.
He currently serves as Chairman of the CMAA Foundation. In 2008, the American
Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) presented Mr. Larson with the National
Construction Management Award for outstanding leadership and innovative
management of construction projects. In 2009, he was elected as an ASCE
Fellow and into CMAA’s College of Fellows.
He is an active member of his
community having completed three terms as a City Commissioner for Plant City,
Florida from 1994 to 2003 during which he served as mayor from 1996 to 1999.
Mr. Larson received a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from
the University of Florida. He is a licensed professional engineer in five
states and Puerto Rico, a registered general contractor in Florida and a
certified construction manager.

Kalyn K.
Brandewie
Ms. Brandewie's real estate experience encompasses more than
twenty years in the Southeast retail market including Florida, Georgia and
Alabama. Her
background has included all aspects of leasing including institutional landlord and
tenant representation and lease/sales business terms
negotiation. As Retail Leasing Manager
with Paragon Group's (later Insignia and subsequently CB Richard Ellis)
southeastern regional office, her responsibilities included marketing and leasing
of over 2 million square feet of retail product with emphasis on large, anchored
centers.
Brandewie was a founding partner
of Florida Retail Partners in February, 1997. She specializes in retail
tenant representation and landlord leasing and has consistently distinguished
herself as a top retail broker in her market. Her extensive retail-based
experience and network of shopping center owners, developers and brokers
enable Brandewie to outperform the
competition.
Ms.
Brandewie has lived in the Tampa Bay Area since 1973.
Brandewie is a licensed Florida real estate
broker. She is a member of the
International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), X-Team Retail Partner Network
and serves on the Board of Tampa Sports Authority and the planning
committee for the Florida ICSC Conference. She is a graduate of Alma College in
Michigan.

Don DeFosset
DeFosset presently serves as Chairman
and CEO of The DJD Group, which is a multi-industry enterprise with holdings
in various areas of business activity. The principal, Don DeFosset is
focused on Florida activities and has prior experience as chairman, president
and CEO of Walter Industries, chairman of James Hardie Industries and
executive positions with other publicly traded companies. DeFosset also
currently serves on the Executive Board of MidOcean Partners, a New York
based private equity firm.
DeFosset is active in state, regional
and local community affairs, including Board memberships on the Tampa Sports
Authority, Florida Chamber of Commerce, vice chairman University of Tampa,
Tampa Performing Arts Center, Boy & Girls Clubs of Tampa Bay, WEDU public
television, and past chairman of the Florida Council on Economic Education.
He previously was appointed by the governor of Florida as chairman of the Tax
Reform Committee.
In addition, DeFosset serves on the
public company Board of Directors of Terex Corporation, Regions Financial
Bank, Enpro Industries and National Retail
Properties.
DeFosset graduated from Harvard Business School with an MBA in
1974 and Purdue University with a BSIE in
1971.

Ken
Hagan
Commissioner Ken Hagan is a native and
lifelong resident of Hillsborough County. He was first elected to the
Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners in November 2002, and
re-elected in 2004 and 2008 to District 2. He was elected to represent
District 5 in 2010. During that time, he has held the leadership positions of
Chaplain in fscal years 2003, 2004 and 2010; Vice Chairman in Fiscal Years
2005, 2006 and 2007; and he was chosen by his peers to serve as Chairman in
fscal yars 2008, 2009 and 2010.
Commissioner Hagan also serves as the
Board of County Commissioner's representative on a committee of six,
Florida Association of Counties Board of Directors, an alternate on the
Emergency Policy Group, Hospital Authority, Tampa Bay and Company, Tampa Bay
Area Regional Transportation Authority, and Tampa Sports Authority. In
addition, Commissioner Hagan has chaired the County's Transportation Task
Force.
Ken Hagan has a
bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Florida and a master's
degree in business administration from the University of Tampa. He and his
wife, Susan, have a son, Jake and daughter,
Elizabeth.

Dana R. Ludwig
Dana Ludwig is vice president of the Pinellas Division of
Brown & Brown Insurance, one of the largest insurance brokers in Florida and
the 6th largest brokerage in the United States. As a
veteran insurance professional, she has a strong background in property &
casualty insurance, workers' compensation and employee benefits insurance.
She began her insurance career in 1992 with the Unum Insurance Company and
subsequently became a partner in a local agency, which was sold to Brown &
Brown in 2001.
Mrs. Ludwig attended both Florida
State University and the University of South Florida (1992 Graduate). In
addition to serving on the Tampa Sports Authority Board of Directors, Mrs.
Ludwig also serves on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of the
Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce, the Florida Aquarium, the Centre for Women
and Friends of Tampa Police Department. She is also a past president of
the Ybor City Rotary Club. Dana, her husband Jim and their 7- year-old
daughter, Lauren, have lived in Tampa for the past 20
years.

Vincent A. Marchetti
Vincent A. Marchetti focuses his
practice on land use, zoning, permitting, land use litigation and
governmental affairs.
Mr. Marchetti is certified by The
Florida Bar as a specialist in city, county, and local government law, and he
has advised numerous boards and authorities within local government on these
issues. He also has extensive experience representing clients in residential,
commercial, industrial and mixed-use projects, including shopping centers,
office buildings, planned unit developments, hotels and public facilities in
the Tampa Bay region and the State of Florida. He is experienced in land use
litigation matters as well as mediation.
Mr. Marchetti is a former senior assistant county attorney for
Hillsborough County. In this capacity, he represented Hillsborough County in all
aspects of real estate and land development law, including comprehensive
planning, developments of regional impact, development agreements, rezonings and
vested rights
Mr. Marchetti is also
experienced in sports law matters and has worked on matters involving both a Major
League Baseball spring training facility and an NFL community stadium. He is the
former chairman of Tampa Sports Authority and currently serves on its
Board.

Frank Reddick
Frank Reddick is a Tampa native, born
here in 1955. He graduated from Paine College in Augusta, Georgia in 1978. He
served as President and CEO for the Sickle Cell Association of Hillsborough
County.
Frank has a lot of experience
serving on boards. His current boards and appointments include the Public
Transportation Commission, Community Health Charities of Florida, Minority
Health Advisory Board, City Council Public Safety Committee Chair, City
Council Community Redevelopment Agency Chair, City Council Transportation
Vice Chair and Tampa Sports Authority.
